NEW YORK – April 18, 2012 – Emailvision, the international leader in software as a service (SaaS) for online relationship marketing, today announced that Michael Thompson has joined the company as Vice President of User Experience. A seasoned expert in user-centereddesign, Michael will lead the development of innovative solutions that are designed to ensure the highest client satisfaction with Emailvision’s software solutions. This newly-created position represents the company’s commitment to placing usability at the forefront of Emailvision’s overall value proposition and is the first of several strategic hires planned for the Product Organization in 2012.

 

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in the field of technology with roles at industry leading companies such as Apple, Business Objects and SAP. With product expertise in the areas of enterprise software, consumer hardware, mobile and telecommunications development, Michael brings a wealth of ‘UX’ design and development experience to Emailvision. His added language fluency in English, French and Spanish also enables him to engage with Emailvision clients in multiple markets around the world.

 

As Vice President of User Experience at Emailvision, Michael will champion a user-centered approach, making this a fundamental part of the product development process. Michael will lead Emailvision’s user experience team and together, they will develop and implement best practices and protocols that continuously improve product usability and client experience.
